UltiBudget stores app data on your device. If you choose iCloud sync or shared workspaces, that data uses Apple iCloud/CloudKit. UltiBudget does not run developer-controlled servers for your budgeting, financial, receipt, trip, or workspace data.

Private by design

The product is built around Apple-native storage patterns and clear user control, so budgeting remains useful without turning your records into an ad profile.

Use UltiBudget even when the network is unavailable. Add transactions, adjust budgets, split purchases, and review history offline; sync can catch up later when iCloud is enabled and the device is back online.
