Workspace rows are grouped by storage and sharing state, so local budgets, iCloud workspaces, and shared workspaces stay easy to understand.

Create the workspace, keep its records separated, switch when needed, then choose iCloud sync or sharing only when it helps.
Open Workspaces and tap Create Workspace. Name it for the budget it represents, such as Personal, Family, Business, or Travel.
Accounts, budgets, transactions, bills, receipts, and trips stay organized inside the workspace they belong to.
Tap a workspace row to select it. The selected badge shows which budget you are working in.
Move or sync a workspace to iCloud when you want it available on other devices or ready for sharing.
Use the share button to invite or manage participants for a shared workspace when you manage money with someone else.
Workspace Boundaries
Workspaces let UltiBudget stay organized when one budget is not enough. Keep personal money separate from business records, shared household spending separate from solo spending, and project tracking separate from everyday life.
Workspace rows are grouped by storage and sharing state, so local budgets, iCloud workspaces, and shared workspaces stay easy to understand.
Accounts, budget categories, transactions, bills, receipts, and trips remain scoped to the workspace they belong to.
Share actions can move a workspace to iCloud, invite participants, or manage access when you handle money with someone else.
