Manual entry and auto detection
Manual trip logs give you control over odometer readings, places, purpose, and notes. Auto detection can help when location and motion access are enabled.

Track vehicles, trips, odometer readings, places, purposes, mileage totals, and automatic detection from one focused Trips tab.

How It Works
Set up vehicles, log manual trips, use location help when available, classify each drive, and tune automatic detection from Trip Settings.
Trips gives you speed status, monitoring status, mileage totals, and saved trip rows in one place.
The first-time primer explains why location is used, how privacy works, and why Always Location plus motion access improves automatic detection.
Open Trip Settings and tap Add Vehicle. Enter a display name, make/model, license plate, current odometer, and whether it is your primary vehicle.
From Trips, tap Menu, then Add Trip. Choose the vehicle, enter odometer readings, start and end places, purpose, and notes.
When location is allowed, the trip form can use current place, address suggestions, coordinates, and nearby place names to speed up entry.
Mileage totals are grouped by purpose. Swipe trip rows to mark trips as Business or Personal, and tap rows to expand leg details.
Trip Settings shows location status, auto-detection status, driving status, selected vehicle, trip sync, and vehicle management.
Mileage Records
Trips in UltiBudget are built for mileage logs that need context: the vehicle, the distance, the purpose, the places, and the notes that explain why the drive mattered.
Manual trip logs give you control over odometer readings, places, purpose, and notes. Auto detection can help when location and motion access are enabled.
Vehicle setup stores display name, make and model, license plate, current odometer, primary vehicle status, and notes for cleaner mileage records.
Trips roll up by Business, Personal, Charity, and Other, while rows can be expanded, classified with swipe actions, edited, or deleted.
